Edward was born on March 5, 1939 and passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Edward was a resident of Portland, Indiana at the time of passing.

He graduated from Portland High School in 1957 where he lettered in basketball, football, baseball, and track.

He was a member of the Portland Masonic Lodge #87, and was a sponsor for Todd Keen Racing. Survivors Include: 1 Son- Rocky Williams (wife-Lisa), Portland 1 Daughter- Tammy Piercey (husband-Vernon), Indianapolis 2 Grandsons- Heath Edward Williams (wife-Pazia), Portland and Joshua Piercey, Indianapolis 2 Granddaughters- Hannah Locke (husband-Cory), Portland, Ashley Piercey, Indianapolis 3 Great Grandchildren- Lucy Kay Locke, Boone Jackson Locke, and Zander Scott Williams Uncle- Doyle Williams, Portland Brother in law- Donald Spencer(wife-Jane), Portland Sister in law- Sonia Spencer, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida His companion of 7 years- Wendy Shuttleworth, Portland Visitation will be held from 1pm-8pm on Monday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Masonic services will be conducted at 8pm on Monday evening. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Dave Smitley will officiate the services and burial will f.
