Jack was born on October 17, 1951 and passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

Jack was a resident of Albion, Indiana at the time of passing.

He graduated from Central Noble High School in 1970.

A private family gathering and memorial service will be held later at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.

Memorial donations may be made to Parkview Noble Hospice.
