Keith was born on May 12, 1946 and passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018.

Keith was a resident of Columbia City, Indiana at the time of passing.

His formative years were spent in New Haven where he attended New Haven High School.

He joined the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City with the Korean War Veterans Honor Guard presenting military honors. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date at Gar Creek Cemetery, New Haven.
