Kenneth "Kenny" R. Neumeister, 66, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Indianapolis, IN, Kenny was the owner of Liberty Construction for 25 years, more recently he was the owner of Freedom Consulting and the Executive Director of the Allen County Regional Water and Sewer District. He was a member of The Chapel where he loved to serve as an usher. Kenny was also a past President of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana, member of the Masonic Centre Lodge #23 of Indianapolis F. & A.M., Scottish Rite, Masonic Leo Lodge #224 F. & A.M., Past President of the Allen County Planning Commission, a member of the Allen County Zoning Appeals, and the Republican Party Executive Committee of Allen County. Most of all Kenny will be remembered as a man who loved his Lord Jesus, family, and friends. Surviving are his wife, Mary Neumeister of Fort Wayne; his sons, Ryan Neumeister of Fort Wayne, Anthony (Nicole) Neumeister of Greenfield, IN, Andrew Neumeister of New Palestine, IN, Jonathan Neumeister of Breckenridge, CO; step-sons, Andrew Oshurak of Churubusco, IN, Jacob (Chasity) Flagle of New Palestine, IN, Stephen Loeffler of Indianapolis, IN; step-daughters, Cambi (Richard) Willsey of Indianapolis, IN, Laura (Brian) Duncan of Fairland, IN, and Angela (Joey) Smith of Indianapolis, IN; 16 grandchildren; brother, Paul E. (Jessica) Neumeister, and sister, Barbara A. (Rick) Norwood both of FL. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and June Neumeister. Service is 10:30 am, Friday, April 21, 2017 at The Chapel, 2505 W. Hamilton Road S. with calling one hour prior. Calling also at The Chapel on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
